Cancellation & Refund Policy(not applicable for intangible product)

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact us immediately with their order number and purchase details.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged during shipping

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item received is significantly different from the order placed

Customers must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the product and provide supporting evidence such as photos.

3. Intangible / Digital Products

For intangible goods or digital products, once the product has been delivered, cancellation and refunds are not applicable.

This includes products or services that are delivered electronically or do not have a physical form.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

  • Products that have been opened or consumed
