  • Vintage years may change depending on supplier availability.

5. Delivery

Delivery services are provided within selected areas in Malaysia.

For Ipoh area, we may provide free delivery for selected orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Courier service availability

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

  • ODA (OutSkirt Delivery Area)

  • The delivery address is far from the courier’s standard route

  • An additional fee may be added (try to enquiry us for details before order)

  • Delivery time may take longer than normal

TLLS SDN BHD will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

TLLS SDN BHD reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcoholic products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting photos.

8. Liability

  • Improper consumption or misuse of alcohol

  • Health issues related to alcohol consumption

Customers are encouraged to drink responsibly.
