Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TLLS SDN BHD. We strive to ensure that every order is handled carefully and delivered in good condition. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been:

  • Packed

  • Dispatched

  • Collected by the courier

The order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is significantly different from the order placed

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, returns or refunds are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered and opened.

3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund if replacement is not available.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability

  • Products that have been opened or consumed
