IN ME Primitivo Susumaniello is a bold new addition to the collection—an unusual blend combining two powerful Puglia grapes. It's created for those seeking something special in a glass: balance, depth, and a fresh take on tradition. The vines are grown on flat plots with rich red clay and limestone soils, where the climate is shaped by the constant influence of sea winds. The Spurred Cordon system allows the vines to develop harmoniously, which directly reflects the quality of the grapes. The winemaking process includes separate vinification of each grape variety, fermentation on the skins, gentle pressing, and brief maturation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is sometimes briefly aged in wood for additional depth and roundness.    

In Me Primitivo Susumaniello boasts a rich, dark red color with violet highlights. The aroma features ripe red fruits, vegetable notes, eucalyptus freshness, and subtle black pepper spice. The palate is soft and fruity, with a rounded tannin structure and a long, lingering finish.

This wine pairs well with pasta dishes with meat sauces, steaks, grilled dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
