This YAMAZAKURA BLENDED WHISKY is produced by the Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery using four malt and grain whiskies aged in Bourbon barrels. Sasanokawa Shuzo was founded in 1765 and acquired a license to produce whiskey in 1946. Since then, it has been the oldest whiskey distillery in the Tohoku area.
