100% cabernet sauvignon. Dry and continental with high solar exposition which provides an excellent grape ripening. Grains de-stemmed and crushed. Maceration previous to fermentation. 10 day fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-29ºC. Micro-oxygenation. Natural malolactic fermentation. 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Intense dark red. Delicate mixture of spice herbs, pepper and berries. Long and velvety final.
